11 months Old

Jack is growing up so fast. He just had his 11 month birthday.  Jack and I have been spending our days at the park enjoying the wonderful spring weather.  He is loving eating all kinds of food, especially broccoli (weirdo). He is walking with his walker all over the apartment and loves getting his knees dirty crawling at the park. Jack tried spaghetti last weekend for the first time, he wasn't too into it but the pictures we got are priceless. Enjoy our 11 month photos and jack eating spaghetti, ha-ha I mean playing with his spaghetti.

No more lazy baby

I know parents are suppose to be excited for milestones like crawling, but I never was.  I knew what this meant. I could no longer sit Jack in the middle of the room run to the bathroom and know he wasn't going to go anywhere or destroy anything.  Now that joy of my lazy baby has ended. Not only did Jack start crawling at exactly 10 months but he also started standing in his crib...also a milestone but no fun in my book.  Waking at 5am to hear a screaming crying baby jumping in his crib, is not my idea of a good time. I do need to be thankful that he didn't follow the footsteps of his cousin and start doing these milestones at 7 months.  Here are some videos and photos of Jack over the past month.

Jack's First Easter

We had a wonderful Easter at my sister's house in DC.  Jack got to play with his cousins and enjoy some beautiful weather. He loved his Easter basket with all his new toys. He didnt win the Easter egg hunt but he is hoping maybe next year he will.

10 Months

Jack turned 10 Months on March 29th. Time is flying by.  He is learning to crawl and can now pull himself up. Poor guy had a double ear infection last week, we finally learned what it was like to have a baby up most of the night, and let me tell you its horrible. I am happy he is feeling better and sleeping all night again.

St. Patricks Day 2013

We had a casual St. Patty's Day weekend. Had a few friends over, laid low on Sunday. Jack is teething pretty bad these days so he wasn't his usual self.  You can't really tell from the photos that he was very unhappy all weekend. Jack had to sport his Ireland sweater all weekend long.

9 months old

Jack is growing up so fast. He is so much fun to hang out with. St. Patrick's day is this month, we had to dressed Jack up in a great hat for his 9 month photos. Jack had his 9 month check up this month. He is getting big fast and finally growing some hair. Enjoy some fun pics!

First Snow Storm

In February we had a big snow storm here in Brooklyn. The morning after the storm we took a walk to Prospect Park to check out all the snow. It was Jack's first time in the snow. He loved it. We also tried out his snow suit for the first time. I can't wait till we can go sledding next year. Enjoy our pictures!
